(Matt had to write a mock epic poem in the style of a traditional epic poem for an English class at Indiana University-South Bend, and this was the result.)
Who must this Island choose for its own,
Whose mental state will be that of a drone,
I sing to the sweet muse that guides the light,
So that Hurley can prepare to put up his fight,
The whispers of the jungle feeding his fueled crusade,
To finally figure out what made him so afraid,
If he back down, the world’s evil would become uncorked,
So please do not disturb, and let Hugo eat his pork.
In a past life, Hurley was a millionaire,
But money was a heavy cross to bear,
Aphrodite was never quite the friend,
Death was a cloud he could never comprehend,

And were excuses for why he was out of shape,
While his father left him alone with his mother,

Matthew Fox was arrested for DUI Friday in Oregon
Law enforcement sources tell us, Matthew was arrested at 3:23AM on suspicion of driving under the influence. We’re told there was a passenger in the car.
Matthew was taken into custody and released later that day.
Details surrounding the arrest are unclear — but sources tell us, it was alcohol-related. We’re told Matthew was en route to a fast food restaurant for some late night eats at the time of his arrest.
Matthew lives in Bend, Oregon with his family. Calls to Matthew’s reps were not returned.
